Editorial series developed for the OFR. Pop-up Exhibition in Copenhagen, exploring the relationship between fashion, environmental awareness and visual storytelling. Inspired by the fragility of marine ecosystems, the project reimagines the figure of the mermaid as a contemporary symbol of the ocean, translating ecological concerns into a poetic visual narrative.
Through concept development, art direction and styling, the series explored the relationship between the human body and the natural world, emphasising honesty, vulnerability and the expressive potential of unretouched imagery.
Presented at the OFR. Pop-up Exhibition, Copenhagen.
